Jazzy was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor earlier this year. Between chemotherapy, radiation, and specialist visits, her family has fallen behind on rent and is now days away from being evicted.

Her parents left their jobs to care for her full-time. Every ounce of energy goes into getting Jazzy to her next appointment, her next scan, her next infusion.
