My name is Andrew, I'm 29 years old, and I am raising funds as I face cancer once again.
In December 2025, I was rushed to the hospital with severe abdominal pain. What doctors believed was a ruptured appendix turned into a cancer diagnosis. I underwent emergency surgery, followed by a right hemicolectomy and HIPEC chemotherapy to treat my appendiceal cancer.
For a while, I believed I had made it through the hardest part. Unfortunately, in August 2026, testing and surgery confirmed that the cancer had returned. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic appendiceal adenocarcinoma and peritoneal carcinoma, with cancer found on the surface of my liver and in other areas of my abdomen.
I am now preparing for approximately six months of IV chemotherapy, followed by another major surgery and additional treatment. Because of treatment, appointments, recovery, and medical leave, I will continue missing unpaid hours/days from work while facing growing medical expenses for treatment.
This fundraiser will help me manage medical bills, everyday expenses, and lost income while I focus on treatment and healing. Support throughout this next chapter is deeply appreciated.
If you are unable to donate, sharing my fundraiser with your friends, family, and social networks would mean just as much. Thank you for reading my story and standing with me as I continue this fight. ❤️
